Eminent Hotel is conveniently placed just a 15-minute drive from Kota Kinabalu International Airport. The hotel provides modern accommodation fitted with carpeted floors and free internet access. Guests also enjoy free parking facilities.
The hotel is located amidst the hustle and bustle of Kepayan Point, a commercial shoplot centre with various shopping amenities. Only a 15-minute drive from the city centre, the building is also a 5-minute drive from Monsopiad Cultural Village and 20-minute drive from Lok Kawi Wildlife Park. The lively Gaya Street Market is within 6 km from the hotel.
Well-appointed rooms at Eminent Hotel come equipped with a flat-screen TV, work desk and tea/coffee making facilities. Featuring hot-water showers, private bathrooms also include free toiletries. A hairdryer and ironing facilities are available upon request.

Nice hotel
Room standard was ok. Got muslim prayer kiblat in the room. Opposite iLotus (seafood restaurant)
But the housekeeper didn't make up our room when we left it in the day.

Good rooms and good price.
We booked 4 rooms, but at first the hotel said that we have booked only 3 rooms. I am a travel agent and at first it was really disturbing. Then i needed to show my booking and finally they find the 4th room also. So at the end everithing was great, but they need to check their reservations better.

Good location n value for money
Despite on the mattress matter, the staff are friendly be it at the front desk/ hksp or the banquet personal (was having dinner function in ur ballroom) and my daughters love the shower rain????
The room size is quite big than i imagine. Im Just disappointed a little bit as when i made the reservation, i asked for 1 mattress and it didnt say there will be additional charge but when we request at the front desk, it cost rm30 per night! But other than that.. all good for the rate we are paying.
